Differential cover sealant question

I let mine dry overnight and filled her up ... no leaks. My last Jeep had a Lubelocker in the rear and that thing always dripped. It must of had something tweaked, but RTV is a simple task and much cheaper.

The issue I can see with the lubelocker is both surfaces have to be completely flat. Any irregularities and you will have leaks. RTV will fill in those irregularities.
