Diver Down seat covers

Hello all,
Anyone have experience with the Diver Down seat covers? I have a set of Smittybuilt that are about 3 years old that I'm not too impressed with.

Based on their name I'm betting they're made from neoprene which sucks as a seat cover material. Neoprene is not waterproof and it'll soak up water or spills, if not wiped up immediately, like a sponge And it takes days for wet neoprene to completely dry out. Not to mention neoprene with a colored nylon covering will quickly fade if it sees much sun. Red turns pink, black turns purple, etc.

I don't have them so I have no opinion on them but I do have the bartact seat covers and like them.
