Do anyone recognize this rear bumper?

A friend of mine just got a TJ with this rear bumper... He is selling me the rear bumper for 150 bucks... He doesnt know what brand it is... Do anybody recognize the brand to know if its worth it? I have a stock one.. So it looks that is cheap... But not sure...

Looks just like the Warn that was on the back of mine when I bought it. I think it was a rebranded item sold by several retail outlets.
