So, I'm doing a 4" pieced together lift, got fully adjustable rear control arms, making sway bar disconnects, pulling front suspension off a lifted xj my friends parting out (springs, control arms, shitty shocks for now till i get ranchos). My main question, i keep seeing motor mount lifts with lift kits... Do i need one? I'm doing a sye with the lift, got the Adams driveshaft with it.

Yes, you should always run one when possible. It lessens the severity of the driveshaft angle for the rear, which is very meaningful on the short wheel base TJs (not the Unlimited models as much).

Awesome, thanks, I'll get a kit then. Just a 1" mml i assume I'd need, or would transfer case need anything?
