Does this TJ with a candy apple red frame make you want to open your wallet?

Fuck me. Doesn't say what he's running. Based on the pics, maybe Dana 60s? Would bring him right on the edge of allowable. Could be anywhere from a 35 to a 70 based on basic shape. Forgive my ignorance but I can't tell what brand those covers are. Thing is going to be a dog just pushing those tires around.
