Dome light cut off switch help

Can anyone point me to where/how I connect the red/black connectors in the Hooke road dome light cutoff I got on amazon below? I suck w electrical stuff, but not sure if I need to splice into the fuse #4 wires or get a fuse tap. Any help is appreciated:

You will need one of these if one doesn’t come with it. Plug it into #4 slot

It says to mount under the right side of the dash but I mounted the one I made in the glove box to the upper left where it’s reachable from the driver seat
