I am having a issue with the door locks in my 2005 TJ and hoping that someone on here can give me some advice. With all four rods connected to the lock mechanism, I am not able to lock the door from the inside and using the key on the outside is difficult. If I remove the rod going from the lock cylinder to the mechanism, I can smoothly lock from the inside and everything works great. I removed the lock cylinder and sprayed a little lub on the tumblers and the key moves easy. The cylinder lever and rod don't look bent, but I don't have another one to compare them too. I don't see a way to adjust this rod, am I just missing something? Should I just replace that lever? Thanks for any suggestions, Jay
