After owning this jeep for a year now, I decided to pull the carpet to get a look at floor pans.
The PO removed all the drain plugs. Floor is in very good shape, except a little rust around the drain holes.
What's the general thought on the drain plugs? Leave 'em out or get new ones and put 'em back in?

It really depends. Do you need them out to drain water from the floor boards? It's dry where I live and I have a hardtop so mine stay in.

Well, I guess I will have to buy a set then.
I never "Intend" to get the interior so wet that I need it to drain, but shit happens!
Just wasn't sure how much water would actually spray up and get into the hole while driving, especially with the carpet covering it.

I've never removed mine in the 12 years I've owned my jeep, but like you say, shit can happen.
