Having an issue with my drivers seat on 2000 X it no longer moves forward or back and has no cable, all mechanical how do i go about fixing it.

This is vague at best, honestly. Without just guessing and speculating, I'd have to see photos of the underside of the seat. Something is clearly not working (or in need of lube). But, like I said, this is way too vague of a post.
It could not be working just because it needs to be lubed, or there could actually be something broken.

There is a tab under the seat which bends. I fixed mine last spring. Remove the seat, flip it over. It is pretty obvious.
