Well after the FOURTH tear down and rebuild of my fron DS, I realized that my new centerball yoke is the issue. I'm fairly certain that my process for pressing in the end u-joint in the double cardan (next to the TC) was improper, in that I was not keeping the centerball yoke centered each time. This was causing one or two bearing needles to break each time I reassembled, thus the vibrations.
I also broke one of the retaining ears on my centerball yoke. I'm not sure if that happened while driving on it yesterday, or while I was pressing out the u-joint on the end - the yoke on the end of my DC SUCKS... I can't always pull the bearing cups out of it and I have had to cut the last 2 out of 4 u-joints that I have pulled out of it. I had to brute force it tonight in my vise with a cheater bar, I heard a pop and actually saw smoke!
