Can/should you leave feedback on a returned or cancelled order?
I ordered an item thru ebay and never received it. Delivery date was supposed to be Oct 26. Contacted seller November 9th (figuring covid was the cause) and no response. I had ebay step in, who contacted the buyer on my behalf, and didn't receive a response after 3 days. Ebay refunded me. The item is listed under "Returned/Cancelled Orders" but it is still giving me the option of leaving feedback. I am not out to drag a seller thru the mud but is negative feedback still warranted in this situation since I've gotten my money back? Albeit, thru eBay and not the seller.
FWIW--16 years on eBay and this is the first issue I've had.
