My 97 2.5l with 174k, 3.73 gears with 3.speed auto tranny runs like a new engine... until it warms up.
Randomly, the engine will do a hard cut out when under a load and at low rpm.
When this happens the whole jeep will jerk, then keep going.
This only begins to happen after driving 50 miles or so.
All new Mopar wires, dist cap and rotor, new Mopar crankshaft position sensor.
No engine codes at all.
Pls point me in a direction, what to check next.
Could the coil be old and worn out if thats a possibility?
