Hi guys.

RE: 2.4L

The engine idle's dropping at every stop light - so low the engine tries to shut off. Tricky AF as I'm currently in heavy duty rush hour traffic and heading home.

Never happened before.

Can I assume it's the IAC sensor? Thoughts?

TY! 🙏

I'd clean the IAC sensor by spraying throttle body cleaner into the air intake while the engine is idling. It'll flood and die, just restart the engine and keep doing it until a third or so of the cleaner has passed through at idle rpms. Don't raise the rpms up off idle or the cleaner will bypass the IAC.

I'll sure as hell give it try, Jerry. Thx.
