I have a stock height TJ with an anti-rock. Looking at installing H&R springs (~1" lift). Will I need to order a new threaded rod for the anti-rock if I'm only going up an inch, or can I get away with running the set I have now? What if I add a 1" spring spacer?

In a perfect world where I have another vehicle to drive while the jeep is on jacks, I would install the taller springs and check to see for myself, but this is my daily and I'd like to get it all knocked out in one weekend.

Any and all advice appreciated.

Should be fine to install lift and evaluate at that time. You should have some adjustment left in your existing links.

Antirocks come with links to accommodate 3+ inches by default. To work with a stock height you would have to cut them down or order shorter links. So whether or not they have enough thread to work with a 1 inch lift depends on how much they were cut down.
