Export TJ wiring diagram for the downstream O2 sensors

HELP !!!!

I am here in the land of beer and sausages and have a EXPORT TJ in my workshop and trying to diagnose a P0161 fault code, We have no voltage on pin 1.

Anyone out there in Jeep land have some information on this as it is diffrent from the USA Spec TJs.. We have a EXPORT AND JAPAN LOW EMISSION Vehicle..

Wiring diagram would be big help..

Have you looked at the resources section and checked the FSM section 8w?

Wouldn't surprise me if the wiring diagrams are off.
