Extended Bikini Top Installation

I believe I installed the extended bikini top correctly but that can't be so because it flaps uncontrollably over 30 mph. An ideas what I missed?

X2, brand of top and are its sides snapped into door surrounds as the tighter fitting tops do?

Where is a flapping? Front? Middle? Rear? As others asked how about some pictures and a little more information? Brand of top? With factory surrounds or aftermarket surrounds?

I ran a Safari top on my TJ a lot but had a rear cross bar so I was able to get the rear of top stretched tight enough to not flap bad.
