Fair price for 4.0 and 42RLE with Rubicrawler?

Im getting ready to start my 5.3 ls swap and was offered $1400 for my 147k mile 4.0 and 42rle with rubicrawler.
Does this sound like a fair price? Also is anybody interested if it falls through? Located long island NY

A new rubicrawler is 2k, so I would say that seems a bit low depending on condition of the rest.

How many miles you have on the rubicrawler?
42RLE with 150k miles is not something that I would buy.
The 4.0 itself, should be at least 500$, as it is in working condition.

Its been installed for about 25k miles by po, I’ve only used it once to confirm proper functioning
