Figured out under hood light issue

As you can see in this photo, a PO had installed a K&N Air induction system (chrome pipe).

Above this chrome pipe on underside I’d hood, you may know where the Under Hood Light goes. Here is what was left of mine.

The light plug had been zip tied to hood underside.

After looking this over, I THINK I came up with what happened. After installing the
K&N system, the hood was closed, causing the light to strike the chrome pipe, busting the light. I imagine this was an “oh s#@&” for someone!
Today I ordered an OEM light for my TJ, on EBAY, at a very reasonable price. I will be sure to remount the light fixture in an area where it clears EVERYTHING when hood closed.
(Posting this for those planning on installing a K&N or other type of air induction system that might cause same issue).
