Flat steel fender flare side light

Hello all,
For those that have these, what did you do with the side light? I would like to keep a light on the side (aftermarket dot light maybe) but not sure how to mount it.

With those flares, surface mount led or a tab with led mounted under the top lip of flare appear to be a couple options.
