My Jeep (06 Rubicon, MT) has developed a fluttering/rattling/grinding noise under the hood the past couple weeks. Originally, it would only start when I was going 40+ mph. Now the noise starts when I get to 20. The nosie doesn't get any louder or faster with speed (once it starts) nor is it directly correlated to accelerating. As long as I am going 20 mph+, it is there, whether in gear or not. Any idea what it might be? Tough to tell if it is just under the hood or maybe from passenger side.
