Fog Light Mounting Brackets

I just installed a new front tube style bumper on my 97 TJ. In the process, I disassembled and cleaned up the OEM fog lights. The lights came out looking good but the mounting brackets are a lost cause. I looked all over the internet for replacements but can't find them anywhere. I could fabricate my own but I'd rather have original parts. Anyone out there know where I can find new brackets? Thanks!

What are those brackets originally for? They look like they have a recessed area for something ball shaped to go between them.

Not sure honestly but it was to give him an idea of what to look for a the hardware store

Those preformed brackets look exactly like the ones that came with my Hella 500 series fog lights.

I must admit (with no humility whatsoever) that those DIY brackets are mine. I was unable to find OEM replacements for sale anywhere, so I pretty much had to do it myself. Very easy, very cheap, and way better than the original plastic mounts. You can read more about the process in my build thread: https://wranglertjforum.com/threads/el-viejo-a-slow-2006-lj-build.2663/. A light duty press brake would make the job even easier than the "redneck bending jig" that I put together. Maybe you can avoid drilling the holes off center like I did...

And welcome to the forum! BTW, I lived in Orange Park way back in the late 80's when I was in the Navy. Nice place to live, I enjoyed my time there.

I hope I didn't imply that you were taking credit for my work, that's not how I read your post. I haven't been on the other forum in a long time, didn't know anyone was still using it (snark alert).
