Fog / spot light mounts on front bumper

I have a bestop front bumper and I am looking to add some fog light spot lights to it, wanting to do the round style lights in a 7 inch, I have found the lights I think I am gonna try out. I am just having a hard time finding mounting solutions for this. I would like something that mounts on the outsides of the winch, maybe at the factory bumper mounting location ? I have looked around and have found very little I may not be searching for the right thing however.

When you say under the tow hooks do you mean under the factory recovery points on the top of the factory bumper because all of these best top bumpers have recovery points on the face of the bumper

yes sorry I was meaning the factory mounting points on the top of the front bumper where the tow hooks are mounted. I am still running my factory tow hooks as well on the bumper.

This is the best option I've seen. Simple, inexpensive, and what I used to mount the Hellas.

that looks nice, and for the price that seems to be a very good option .
