Ford Bronco Raptor at Johnson Valley

Ford has inspired me! It looks like it could be tons of fun and I'd like to do it someday.

The best part is the lack of the "Skilled Driver, Don't try this at home" warning.

Ford just better start stuffing some bags full of money to take with them when called to court.

I can see people now going to Johnson valley with this thing.

A. Its sounds like a Can Am SXS - Not a good thing IMO.
B. Did they fix the steering system? Lots of broken racks and tie rods so far.
C. Raptor DNA = Lots of plastic cosmetic bits so the tires clear.
D. I can wait for the first YouTuber to launch this thing into space General Lee style. Should be fun to watch.
E. Targeting 400hp? WTF does that even mean? They have a 400hp+ engine already.
F. 37" tires and more suspension travel by adding track width and stupid looking flairs. Looks like its made of Lego pieces.

I can't make myself like this thing. Wife wants a new car, and this would fit the bill (not a Braptor just a Bronco). I just can't wrap my head around it. It's like they made a Swiss Army Knife and only gave it one blade that's shaped goofy.

Definitely sounds lousy. Raptor DNA what a joke. There are about 8 youtubers who already have a video with a actual bronco Raptor might even be the same one in the video. The flares are just hideous.

It’s there. Barely legible but it’s there.

JV is also known for desert racing as much as climbing dry waterfalls and canyons.

That bronco looks perfect for the distance racing... but it aint climbing any waterfalls.

I for one am glad to see it being built! Any performance oriented vehicle is good for the sport right? The competition between Ford and Fiat-Chrysler can do nothing but bring us good things.

There are things I don't like as well, the flares look worse than the 6" flares on my TJ!! ;) Also, I hate anything 4 door, and yes - I am on board with stupid 6 cylinder noises suck. With that said, V8s are a thing of the past, might as well get used to it. Hell, I will go as far as to say, it will not be long until the mustang and vette will be small displacement turbo cars.
