Forward or rear stake pocket on car hauler?

Loaded up and heading for Utah Friday.
Wondering if it matters which pocket I use for my rear strap hooks?
There's a few inches clearance between tire and strap hooked forward.

With your build I'd assumed you were a Moab veteran.

A buddy is doing drone footage and we'll will try to incorporate some footage from my GoPro.
I have a co-pilot/"videographer" for Saturday.

Only firm plan is Hell's Revenge and Fins 'n Things Saturday, with Sunday TBD. Driving home Monday.

I might be too old now, but checking this one off the bucket list.

Ixnay on the Moab trip. My 12 yr old dog got got very ill and to the vet today. Pancreatitis, kidney problems. Picking her up this afternoon. Prognosis is recovery but the next few days will tell the story.

Rustic Inn was kind to fully refund my room. I'll live vicariously yet again and settle for the videos my pals bring back.

Everything happens for a reason.
