Let me dig around I think I have mine. Your will want new bolts though mine have the normal Maine rust thread degrading

So sorry; forgot to update this thread. I picked up a pair of universal hooks and bolted to the frame since I wasn't having much luck finding the OEM.

I found my rear tow hook. PM your address I will mail it out in one of those USPS "If it fits it ships" boxes next I go to the post office.
