Rear OEM Tow Hook - How does it mount? Weld nuts? Loose nuts? Rivnuts?

I recently bought an OEM rear tow hook and I am looking for someone to tell me how it is supposed to be mounted as it comes from the factory? Looks like 1/2" bolts - same as the front hooks? Thank you

The factory used one flag nut with a bolt and one bumper bolt. The bumper bolt will be longer than one that doesn’t have a hook.
