My 97 was never driven in winter until I got it. Hopefully I don't have to worry about it for a while.

So far as I know all Wrangler bodies have been hot dip galvanized since around 1991.
Ya, the tub was rotted in a lot of places like the body mount areas. I had to cut good size portions out and reweld. The whole damn thing is now covered with lizard skin inside and out or I should say underside and inside.Yep, talking about the body being galvanized, not the frame which is not galvanized.
