Replaced my '03 Rubicon front axle seals couple of months ago. Vehicle has 80K on it. Replaced with good quality seal, National I believe. Seemed OK for couple of months. Drove <2 K miles since replacing. Now Driver's side leaking again. Had cleaned axle tube well and used great care when installing axle, not to damage seal.
I bottomed the seals into the case per factory service manual when I installed.
Other than replacing seal again, any thoughts what to look for?
