Front LED blinkers and rear incandescent lights,

I replaced my front blinkers to LED and installed the Novita LM470 so as not to use resistors.
I am replacing the rear taillights to LED also but haven’t done it yet.
The front LED blinkers and rear incandescent lights turn on but do not blink or flash.
Should I go ahead a change the rear lights to LED already?
If I have all lights in LED will the blinkers and flashers work?
