Frustrated with my TJ

IMO, I would skip spacers and do springs instead. You can see my set up in the profile. It works great and does not break the bank. Ride quality is excellent on and off road. Nothing crazy but plenty for 31's and likely 32's with the right wheel back spacing.

Your list is cool but based on what Blaine has said about the various axle alloys, I'd use a 1541H alloy axle. The 4340 is a bad choice to use with a bearing that rides directly on the axle.

Out of Soda Springs. Not 4 wheelin per se', just trails while looking for critters.

His springs are practically new. Why would he opt for more springs when spacers will do the job and still give him the spring rate he currently likes. Just saying.

Because :D Mine were too. But I found it easier, and better IMO, to run a spring of the desired height vs spring and spacer (and I did run both). Better travel, no coil bind to account for, and no need to unnecessarily add more bump stop to account for said coil bind. I also wasn't a fan of how the rear spacers sit on the coils. Mine were installed for a very short time yet had some deep indentations in them. A small spacer to level the front is acceptable, but for a full lift coils are a better way to go. YMMV.

Just had a blinding flash of insight. If I stay on 31's, half of my list goes away as unnecessary. 1/2" wheel spacers fixes even more issues. Lol, I'm a dumb shit for violating my own TJ rule. "Let the Jeep tell you what it NEEDS!"

Are you sure it isn't telling you it needs flat fenders, 4" of lift and 35s? I'm fairly sure that's what I heard it say.
