I'm new to the Jeep scene. Just bought a 98 Wrangler TJ that wasn't running. Finally realized the computer wasn't putting out the 5v. Put a new one on and I do have 5v out of the PCM. I've ran so many rabbit holes I'm in a state of confusion now. I do know the fuse 21 isn't hot. Which is the Orange and green wire which feeds the ignition coil/injectors/O2 sensor. Does anyone know where the power comes from to feed the fuse? This maybe simple stupid but I'm stumped.

I would thing that you definitely would want to get your hands on the Fleet Service Manual for your 98 Wrangler. If you don't have it already. It will tell you everything you need to know. They are located here.

Thanks, I downloaded it. I'll see if it shows something I liked over. I figured out how to bypass the ASD relay. So I tried to crank it like that and now I have a new rabbit hole to go down. The fuel pressure, I've had great fuel pressure through this whole process. I think I have a gremlin living under the hood lol

Some previous owners don't take care of their jeeps and dump them on some else. Probably needs the fuel injectors cleaned or/and a new fuel pump. Or, a bottle of STP gas treatment can't hurt. I buy one or two occasionally to keep handy for when I fill up. They help keep my injectors clean. GL.
