Grilled rib side dishes, what say you?

Corn Salad

-Couple cans of corn, or corn cut from the ears after boiling
-Diced red onion
-Diced tomato or halved cherry tomatos
-Diced cucumber
-Little bit of olive oil
-Red wine vinegar
-cilantro
-salt & pepper
-leave it in the fridge for a few hours before eating to let all the flavors play together
 
Second the smoked jalapenos- split lengthwise and stuff with a 2 to 1 mix of cream cheese and browned sage sausage.

Haven't seen fried okra in here. breaded, fried then dusted with Cajun seasoning or salt and chili powder to taste. Perfect with ribs.

Oooooh, good call. My mother soaked them in buttermilk prior to breading & frying. Awesome.

Love doing the ABT's, I usually do sweet peppers for the faint of heart, jalapeno and habaneros for me.
