I get a grind on my drivers side when making right turns. Grinds sort of in cadence with my tire rotation. Took off drivers side wheel and didn’t see anything unusual. I do have a ZJ swap in there but it was done by a mechanic. Any ideas?

Another thing to look at is your downpipe and driveshaft clearance. If your DS is rubbing on the exhaust, you will see it on both.

Leave your tires on, and the Jeep on the ground. Turn hard right, and get under the front and look for where the tires are close to anything. Most likely the right tire is very close to the lower control arm. If it's within about 1/2" of anything, it can flex farther over under driving conditions to rub. You can add a washer under one of the steering stop bolts to reduce your turn radius a wee bit.

"I’m thinking maybe the axle u-joint may be going bad… lift the front, steer right and spin the right tire by hand… if it grinds still, might want to replace that u-joint…"

Would think it would do it (if u joint) when turn left as well ??

Local mechanic figured it out, and they made it worse. It’s my dust shield. They also made it worse. Unbearable. Just knock it in place or are these worthless and I can rip it off.

If you're off-roading at all I don't think I'd remove them. I'll defer to someone like @mrblaine since he knows brakes. I think they are there for a reason though.

Hammered it a bit, pried it a bit. Sound gone ! Wow thank the lord.

Now my rear squeak…… I think it’s a sway bar
