Ground Elk

Burgers or chili. I'd personally go for burgers. Wild game chili is great but you'll be able to taste the difference between it and beef more so in burger form.

That depends, was it cut with pork or beef fat? If not, it probably won't hold together too well for burgers. But you can add some egg like you would a meatloaf to act as a binder, but it will be a bit different.

As far as I know, no. It's labelled from the processing place that is the next town down the highway from me.
