H&r 52107 1 springs same height as factory?

I got the h&r 52107 1” lift springs thinking they would be taller than what was in the tj… they clearly aren’t when uncompressed

Are they just stiffer and will still add and inch, or did I not get what I thought I bought?

The current springs when compressed in the tj are 12”. Isn’t that factory?

You're correct: free length doesn't determine ride height.

When I bought Moog replacements for my original springs, they did not have as much "free length". But they did hold the TJ back at its original height, whereas the original springs were sagging.

thanks. I ended up just putting one in to see, and it definitely is higher.
