Hard to repair engine codes

I have a 2006 Jeep Wrangler tj 2.4. Engine codes 0481Cooling Fan 2 control circuit malfunction. 0499 Evaporative Emission System vent control circuit high, 0433 Heated Catalyst Efficiency below threshold. I took the jeep to two repair shops. The first shop said two many codes tried fixing the evap problem with no success. The second shop pointed to the ECU. I installed new ECU's each one would not start the vehicle. The original ECU starts the vehicle. I am lost what to do next. Help!
