Hardtop liftgate gasket / seal

I have an 05 LJ with a hardtop. I know it was a soft top model originally, and I was curious about the hardtop itself. On the rear liftgate, I notice that a ton of rain/water seeps in through the space between the top itself and the top of the glass. is it possible to purchase some kind of gasket or seal that would attach itself to where the rear lift gate glass would sit? Please note that I am not talking about where the glass meets the door, but rather where the top of the glass rests on the hardtop.

I was able to purchase a new lower seal for a hardtop. I imagine they make one for the entire area around the glass.
