Ok, need some help with headlights. 2004 TJ with factory fog lights. My low beams work fine. High beams not at all. It's not in the multi function switch on the steering column (already replaced), it's not a fuse or a relay (already checked). Tracing wiring and found this. Passenger side headlight. Broken wires are red and orange and were in the right side of the prong together. 5 wires coming out if the back of the headlight, 2 prongs have 2 wires (right and top) and 1 prong (left) has 1. Drivers side is standard 3 wires (red/white/blue) I'm assuming the broken wires are the reason I dont have high beams and the fog lights didnt work (those are now taken off) but I cant for the life of me find a replacement harness or figure out what the odd wiring set up is. It appears to be factory installed that way since the age of the tape and wires match the rest of the vehicle. Any help would be appreciated.

The passenger side headlight gets its wiring and power directly from the driver's side headlight. Just 2 wires, high and low beam. I'd remove that mess and see which two come from the driver's side.
The headlight's ground connection is provided adjacent to the headlight via a black wire that is connected to the tub.

Since your factory harness is messed up already this might be a good time to consider an upgrade to a harness that powers the lights directly from the battery with a relay rather than route power through the multi-function switch.

Note on edit: You already have H4 bulbs but may not know it. The factory H6024 sealed beams are just 60/55W H4 bulbs inside sealed housings.
