1999 TJ
Just had the dash out and reconnected everything. At the control I do have burn connections at the 5 wire plug and the 3 wire plug. I reattached the wires of the 3 plug individually but got nothing.
I pulled the resistor from passenger side kick panel and looks new? Tested grounds on both inner tub panels. Still nothing. Heat control not doing anything also.
I checked fuses inside cab and outside cab.
I have power only to green wire (3 bank plug) nothing to 5 wire plug and the lights do come on when I turn on the lights.
Everything worked before I tore apart?
Can anyone tell me if the 5 bank has power and if the other 3 bank should have power anywhere other than green wire?
