Help diagnose this noise

Just started to get this noise
Happens in all gears on and off the gas, doesn’t happen in neutral.
I’m assuming it’s my transmission.
I have never changed the trans fluid, and I noticed a leak on the transmission didn’t seem too bad though.

it sounds like a whirl/spiral sound.

Aside from not changing it, have you checked the fluid level?

nope LOL. Gonna do it today though.

I would start there for sure.. I'm not a transmission guru, but I had an old 68 Camaro years ago make a similar noise and it was low on fluid... Gears just making a ton of noise!

My Jeep guy he recommended changing it so as soon as I get home after work I will be on top of it. But if anyone knows for sure that its the fluid please let me know. If someone believes its something else also let me know.
