I agree. It's all built the same but a bit different from what they currently have on offer. A bit narrower. if it's not a Rock Hard bumper it might as well be, if OP is looking for something similar.
Edited, nevermind, they have a narrow width version. Definitely a Rock Hard.

The Rock Hard you posted a picture looks like they must have cut off the 2 tow points and added a place to connect a tow bar to.
