When I purchased my 2003 TJ a short while ago, it had a hard top installed, and the owner gave me parts that he stated were for the Soft Top? (Any side or door windows were not included). Before I would get into any install, looking at the photos below, can anyone identify the parts, and 1) let me know what Soft Top this is, and 2) what, if any parts are missing? I took photos of each side of the parts/top pieces to give a better idea of what I have. Thanks in advance for any help!

That looks like a bikini top, not a regular soft top.

The sleeve on the left of the fist pic, and the 2 long rods on the right side are for your factory floor jack that should be mounted under your passenger seat. The door surrounds are obvious of what they are. The bottom bar is the bolt on header for the bikini top. The other flat bar below the header bar is a prop bar for what I think the other tonneau is so water doesn't pool up and sag the top. The mirrors are bolt on's for doorless riding.
