Help locating rear fender liners and rear tow hook

I am in the process of replacing all the black plastic on my wifes 05 Sport. I've ran into two issues; 1) I want to replace the rear inner fender liners and I cannot find them anywhere online. 2) The rear tow hook that's mounted on the drivers side under the bumper; where can I find one of those? Thanks in advance for the help!

Just on the driver's side on my present TJ since the bumper has a pair of shackle tabs. Previous TJ had hooks on both sides IIRC.

Only one hole needs to be drilled through the outer frame to mount the hook, the other hole is already there. The washers and nuts go inside the frame, fished up inside via an existing slot on the bottom. The frame should not be through drilled since you don't want the tow hook mounting bolts pulling the frame sides in toward each other. Eventually they'd loosen and need to be retightened pulling the sides in towards each other even more.

Use Grade 8 mounting hardware for the tow hooks.
