Unless you're getting a good deal on it, I would pass if I were you.
While the jeep is fine rust wise, I question how well the previous owner kept up with it, judging from the pictures.
Also, it looks like it was used for work, possibly on a ranch or something? If so, how hard was it worked? Did it tow more than it should have and for how long?
