HELP!

I recently bought a 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport with what I was told is a Rough Country 4" lift kit. I have a disability and have trouble getting in it. I'm considering cutting 2" off the springs. I'm not into Rock Crawling. Is there anything I should know? I'd appreciate any advice.

I wouldn't recommend cutting the springs. Purchase 2" lift springs, are the control arms adjustable?

If they aren't adjustable, installing shorter springs will not work. take a picture of the controls arms.

yes and they're not adjustable. in order to reduce the lift height, u'll need shorter control arms and springs. u prolly already have a transfer case drop installed. unless u have an upgraded rear drive shaft.

if u have difficulty getting in, maybe look into a side step.
