Hoping for a little guidance with my 06 tj. I've only had it about 2 months now. Driven on freeway cruising at 75mph for miles. Has 49k miles on 4.0 6 spd manual. Rust free. 2 inch lift I believe. I had a slight shimmy in the steering wheel at 50 mph, not before or after so I had the front tires balanced. 50 mph shimmy gone, but holy Mackinac I got a death wobble after hitting a bump at about 55. Suspension looks good, bushings look good.
Could this be an alignment issue. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I always to do a dry steer test for worn or loose bushings/bolts first.
Get someone to steer the wheel back and for just enough to see the wheel move. You’ll lay under the jeep and look/feel every joint to see any play that shouldn’t be there.

To add, tie rod ends, trac bar ends for movement/slop, drag link, all of it. Watch for sloppyness at any of those points.
