Here's my '99 TJ with auto, 4.0L. I picked it up just a few months ago and have already started upgrading. :-). I've had an XJ for several years but always wanted to have a TJ. It will get a 4" short arm lift for now, with An eye toward upgrading to long arm next year. Tires will be 33" since I already have a set handy. It's so crazy to look for a part and find sooooo many choices for everything! And the prices are a lot less than for JK's which is one of the reasons I like the TJ more.

Heya! That's a pretty sweet TJ. You're going to love it!
Also, I love it up in the Boulder Creek area. I always go through when I go up to Humboldt etc...
Welcome to the TJ club!

One of the first things I added was a smitty-built rear bumper with tire carrier. It came with 30" tires but I had a set of used 31's on wheels from a grand Cherokee. I'm going to start a build thread to cover what I do to it. My goal is to have a very capable wheeler to do trails like Rubicon and Fordyce Creek.

Thanks Ryan! I haven't been up to Humboldt in some time, it's beautiful up there.

Looks fantastic, I really like the yellow as well!

I myself like the TJs a lot better because they are much simpler and easy to work on. Take my word on that, I speak from first hand experience.
