Story: Every time it rains TJ 4.0 hard to start, cranks like the timing is wayyyy off, no start. Wait a day or two for it to dry out starts and runs beautifully. Oh, no codes either. I traacked it down to the CKP and replaced it. Now, I have an obnoxiously high idle, like around 2k in park. Did I not do something when installing the new CKP sensor?

Check your vacuum lines, make sure everything is still connected at the intake. Wouldn't be too hard to have knocked a line loose when you were un/plugging the crank sensor.
Step two would be to wiggle the wires leading to the IAC, I have the same issue but I've narrowed it down to something in the IAC path.
