High idle, now low idle

I'm sure this is here...can some one point me in the right direction. 97 tj sport 4.0 5spd. I had a high idlealong with hanging idle. I went though no vac leaks. I took off throttle body and cleaned all sensors and throttle body and put back togather with new gasket. Now it sputters a little starting and after feathering the throttle a little it idles ok if not on low side. Every now and then even stalls.

Did you clean the IAC?

A faulty TPS can cause irregular idle behavior. Make sure it's properly calibrated and within specs. The FSM should have a testing procedure for the TPS.
