High pitch whistle when cold on deceleration?

Any Luck @bobthetj03? I noticed a whistle the last few times I drove, at idle when its cold. Thinking throttle body or IAC. This morning, the jeep didn't want to run without a couple of quick stabs at the accelerator pedal.

Haven't done anything other than a smoke test. I'm not convinced the whistle is from the throttle body, so next chance I get, I will remove the throttle body, tape off the manifold, and smoke it again. The whistle hasn't affected the engine's performance to my knowledge. Just annoying.

This the sound? I'm having the same issue. I bought carb cleaner and plan on giving that a try. Is there a good schematic for vacuum line locations etc?

@bobthetj03 - Someone has probably zip tied a harmonica to your rad support. It happens a lot around here.
